Its always a Good Friday when you are out on your bike. Out Towards Longcot dropping to Woolstone . Sorry a bit of Grind to get up to the Ashbury road, but the reward is that its flat or downhill most of the way. I have never found a hill I couldn't walk up so we will wait for you.

A nice Gud Fridy ride out through our 3 stones once again for refreshments at the ever popular Royal Oak, with only a few miles after to get back to Shriv.

Don’t forget a full water bottle with your favourite thirst quencher. For all our rides you should bring at least a spare inner tube and a pump. If your wheels are bolted-on then a spanner that fits the wheel nuts is also essential. Helmets are not compulsory but most definitely recommended. You should dress appropriately for the weather, (GLOVES) and consider bringing your mobile phone along with cash or debit card for the refreshment stop. Some place’s only take card payments.
