We will start out by heading through Saltram estate > down to the Ride > over Laira bridge on to the cycle path > over to Tot Hill Park > up and around Mount Gould > Freedom Fields Park > Green bank > St Lawrence Road > Houndicombe Park > Sutherland Road > Beechwood Ave > Gifford Place > Central Park > Pennycombequick > Stuart Road > Victoria Park > Stonehouse Roundabout > The Hoe > Barbican > Captain Jaspers > Cattedown > Laira Bridge > Embankment back to start.
