Regular Social Rider Ride [Spokes route R37]

This ride is designed for new(ish) cyclists or those wishing to get back into cycling. We will be riding at a fairly relaxed pace of around 9 mph. It is hard to avoid hills completely in the area. But any hills can be taken at your own pace and we don’t rush off once the last person reaches the summit. If possible please bring a spare inner tube (particularly if you do not have 26" or 700 size wheels). Please note that under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
