Starting from - Small car park at the start of Heath Lane, opposite main drive into Hemel Leisure Centre (Everyone Active). Council car park on Park Road or park on Beechfield Road, both near by. HP1 1JS

Initially this Good Friday ride is for SPOKES Members Only. It will be opened to all if not fully booked by 8 April.

Off road challenging ride with Katherine, to Bovingdon, Bourne End and back to Boxmoor. A number of steep climbs. Not suitable for beginners. Coffee near the end at Fishery Wharf Cafe.

This is a Slow to Medium Pace ride, average speed circa 8-9 mph organised by SPOKES SW Herts Cycling Group.

If you are not a SPOKES Member and still wish to join our rides, we do ask that you join us after a maximum 3 rides.
