This is a SPOKES MEDIUM Pace ride, average speed up to 9 to 11 mph organised by SPOKES SW Herts Cycling Group led by CHRIS
Ride out along the canal towpath to Hunton Bridge, up Gypsy Lane to Abbotts, along the Bedmond Rd to Bedmond, and Pimlico. Then dropping down to Nash Mills to Apsley for a breather before we climb up Featherbed Lane, over the A41 dual carriageway, on to Chipperfield, where we stop Blackwells Cafe. Home through Sarratt to Croxley for the final leg.
