The Shrivnum Frydy Twenty Is Plenty

Our route has some short cut options built in. The main route takes via the DA housing estates to Majors Road and then to Woolstone. Our first ride into Uffington takes out towards Baulking and then a right to Fawler where there is the only real time you'll need those low gears. then its back to Uffington and Via Fernham to Farmer Gows where we can discuss which gear we used to get up the Bump and whether or 20 is Plenty whilst enjoying coffee n cake before the final leg home

we will be on the county roads and lanes under the watchful eye of the Uffington White Horse

we plan to take refreshments and have a chat about riding through the winter months at Farmer Gows

Don’t forget a full water bottle with your favourite thirst quencher. For all our rides you should bring at least a spare inner tube and a pump. If your wheels are bolted-on then a spanner that fits the wheel nuts is also essential. Helmets are not compulsory but most definitely recommended. You should dress appropriately for the weather, and consider bringing your mobile phone along with cash or debit card for the refreshment stop. Some place’s only take card payments.
