A 20-mile route heading into the Lenches. A bit of a lumpy ride but everyone can tackle the climbs at their own pace and we will regroup at the top. Back to the Twisted Spoon for well-earned refreshments.

Mostly quiet lanes.

Please bring all the usuals - helmet, spare inner tube, tyre levers, pump, drink/snack and money for the cafe at the end of the ride. Changeable autumnal weather has arrived, so please wear suitable clothing.
