Starting from the Gandhi Court car park heading along route 60 16 passing Tesco then it heading onto ebury way passing through the rickmansworth aquadrome heading towards black jacks lock for refreshments then heading back crossing the bridge over the canal then onto the track running parallel with the canal towpath crossing coppermill Lane then passing through the rickmansworth aquadrome then heading off back to Watford along the canal towpath then rejoin in ebury way back into Watford
