First couple of miles on cycling trails before crossing a main road and hitting some quieter lanes. After nostel we have a couple of busier roads but we've cycled them several times before without any issues.

A road ride with a cafe stop at nostel priory roughly half way around.

All tarmac surfaced roads so suitable for road bikes.

Cafe stop at nostel priory plus possible photo opportunities at Stanley ferry, nostel priory and as we pass the war horse.

Helmets are mandatory on random wheelers rides. Please bring money for cafe and clothing for the conditions of the day.
