The ride will go through Hyde Park, along Constitution Hill, past Buckingham Palace, around St James' Park, Westminster and along the embankment to Tower Bridge. We cross over Tower Bridge and cycle on the south bank towards London Bridge, back along the embankment to Chelsea, Kensington and Knightsbridge, through Hyde Park and back to Marylebone to catch the train back to Harrow. We will try to stop for a coffee on the Kings Road in Chelsea or at the end of the ride near Marylebone depending on the weather in the morning.

The ride starts outside Marylebone Station. We will be taking the Chiltern train from Northolt Park, South Harrow at 08:45 that gets to London Marylebone at 09:05. The same train also goes from West Ruislip(08:36) and South Ruislip(08:41). You may also take the Metropolitan line train from Pinner at 08:33 that gets to Baker Street at 09:04. Please wear a mask on the train at all times. For the Chiltern train from Northolt Park, you do not need to carry your bike up or down any steps. This is the same at Marylebone station.

This is an earlier start ride suitable for able riders and we will go at a steady pace but will never leave anyone behind. You should be confident to cycle in London although most of the route is on cycleways and quiet roads but there are a few busy sections in traffic

We will stop for a coffee on the Kings Road in Chelsea or at the end of the ride near Marylebone.

Before you come please pump up your tyres and make sure the brakes work and the wheels turn. Bring hand sanitizer and water. Please wear a helmet. You may bring a snack and a drink too for the ride. I will not be able to touch your bike and we will be at a social distance throughout the ride. Please DO NOT come on the ride if you feel at all unwell, in particular if you have a cough, temperature or any other known symptom of Covid-19. It's OK to cancel on the day if you need to.Toilets may be open at Marylebone Station
