This is a Spokes MEDIUM Pace ride, average speed up to 9 to 11 mph organised by Spokes SW Herts Cycling Group led by ROGER
A linear ride mainly on cycle routes finishing at Wembley Park station. Visiting Victoria Park & the Velodrome in the Olympic park, Wapping, Embankment, Green Park & Hyde Park & the Grand Union Canal back to Wembley. Refreshment stop in the Olympic Park.
Please arrive by 9:20, to be ready to leave at 9:30
