This is a SPOKES MEDIUM to FAST Pace ride, average speed about 12 mph organised by SPOKES SW Herts Cycling Group led by CHRIS
A ride to the Rookery Cafe, Welham Green , AL9 5SF, riding out through Radlett, on to Colney Heath, using Harper Lane, Bell Lane, crossing the M25, on to Colney Heath, where we turn right to Welham Green, after the cafe we come back a different way through South Mimms, through the lanes to Shenley, maybe stopping at the tea rooms, depending how we feel, then to Radlett and home, this is on roads so will be at a good pace.
If you are not a SPOKES Member and still wish to join our rides, we do ask that you join us after a maximum 3 rides, for a modest subscription of £12 pa
