Trip to Nazareth House Care Home to visit the residents and maybe have refreshments if offered. We will return by the same route as outgoing.

All participants are expected to bring:
• A bike in good working order with tyres pumped to the correct pressure. Please conduct a pre-ride safety check on your bike.
• A cycle helmet.
• Carry at least a spare inner tube, pump and tyre levers.
• A cycle lock for securing your bike to a lamp post in the care home car park.
• Refreshments.
• Oyster/travel card in case you need to return by train.
• Dress for the expected weather.
